DELIVERY CONDITIONS

"Tatu Shop" Ltd. delivers within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Order processing: Within 2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery time (Bulgaria:) 2 (two) business days after delivery to the courier.

Key provisions:

Inspection upon receipt: The User has the right to inspect the shipment before payment (if cash on delivery is selected). In case of visible damage, the shipment should be refused and a protocol drawn up with the courier.

Address inaccuracies: The Merchant is not responsible for delays if the User has provided an inaccurate or incomplete address.

Deadlines: Delivery deadlines may be extended during promotional campaigns or public holidays, of which the Merchant shall notify in a timely manner.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

I. Right to withdraw from the Contract (Return of Goods)

Art. 1. (Term) The Consumer has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without giving a reason, to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Consumer or a third party.

Art. 2. (Return Conditions) The return is accepted only under the following conditions:

The goods must be in the same condition as received - without traces of use, washing, ironing or mechanical damage.

The original packaging and labels must be preserved, including the hygiene sticker (if any on underwear/swimwear).

A purchase document (receipt/invoice) must be attached to the goods.

Art. 3. (Exceptions) The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products made to individual order and/or explicit instructions of the User (e.g. personalized items).

Goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and are unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain types of jewelry, underwear).

II. Return and Refund Procedure

Art. 4. (Notification) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify the Merchant by a clear declaration (by email to shop(at)insideinktattoo.com).

Art. 5. (Costs) The direct costs of returning the goods (courier services) are at the expense of the User.

Art. 6. (Refund) The Merchant shall refund the amount paid by the Consumer (including standard delivery costs if the entire order is returned) within 14 days from the date on which he received the goods back and determined that they meet the conditions for return.

The refund shall be made to the bank account specified by the Consumer.
